In the DACHSER window choose “European Logistics” and the system will load the desired form. All you need to do is fill in the parameters:

• Country / Land = The sender’s country
• PCD / PLZ = Postal Code
• Particulars / Besonderheiten
  
• Dangerous goods / Gefahrgut
  
• C.O.D. / Warennachnahme = Cash on delivery
  
• Customs consignment / Zollsendung
  
• Enquiry / Anfrage

If instead of DACHSER’s content you receive a message for restricted content in red color you need to allow cookies for this website (http://partner.dachser.com/productpilot/?lang=...) In different browsers this is applied in a different way:

• Internet Explorer: choose View (from the main menu) or Tools (on the upper right side of your screen) -> Safety and then Webpage privacy policy.... In the window that will appear find the first place that the above mentioned website appears, click with the right mouse button over it and choose Always accept cookies from this site. Close the window with Close and reload the page (F5).
